  • Review of Consent Orders or Binding Financial Agreement to the extent required for the execution of the change to the title
  • Stamp duty exemption application preparation with family law documentation references
  • All property transfer documentation preparation (Transfer forms, statutory declarations)
  • Lender consent coordination
  • Lodgement with NSW Land Registry Services
  • Follow-up through to registration completion
  • Email and phone support throughout the transfer process

This package includes the following expenses required to complete the transfer:

  • NSW Land Registry Services registration fee (approx $180)
  • PEXA lodgement fee (approx $50)
  • Title search (approx $40)
  • Duty Assessment fee (approx $20)
  • Verification of Identity fee (approx $30 per person)
  • Family law advice, preparation of Consent Orders or Binding Financial Agreements (your family lawyer will take care of this)
  • Refinancing advice or mortgage broker services (we coordinate with your broker/lender only)
  • Addressing deficiencies in family law orders (requires your family lawyer's involvement)
  • Negotiation between parties about settlement terms or timing changes
  • Advice on refinance documentation
  • Investment property transfers (principal residence only under this package)
